The findings came as no surprise: being immersed in this industry for five years has given me the opportunity to interact with many nail businesses, and I’ve seen that hand and footcare treatments offer more than a great aesthetic finish. Appointments provide clients with respite: a chance to relax, unwind and enjoy time for themselves. While you need your clients to run your business, they also need you – so maintain boundaries and have confidence in the services you provide.
Thinking ahead to the Christmas rush, this issue covers practical ways to boost your business’ revenue and reputation, without significant effort – from seasonal retail items to treatment add-ons.
