Let’s talk about inclusivity; its importance, its meaning and how we can all do more to welcome one and all into the nail space. The beauty industry is dedicated to making people look good and feel great, however not everyone feels included owing to working attitudes, facilities or service options, and so this purpose isn’t completely fulfilled. The editorial team attended a panel event at British Beauty week last month that explored how to move towards an inclusive beauty industry, and we left feeling so inspired.
