PRECISION NAIL TECHNOLOGY
The founders of Precision Nail Technology (PNT) recognise that nail technicians have busy schedules, and created the brand to aid service efficiency and ensure reliability. Over 20 years’ nail industry experience support the company’s growth, and the team comments: “Over the years, we have tried and tested a lot of products – and there was always something that we didn’t like. A few years ago, we decided to source our own products and tweak them to create what we needed for our busy salon.” The founding duo then began to wonder whether other nail techs might benefit from what they had produced. That thought sparked a mission: to build a nail brand that would support busy salons with products offering ‘longevity, strong pigments, high retention and enduring shine’.
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO
PNT’s mission is to provide ‘high-quality, affordable products that simply do what they are designed to do’. The brand offers over 200 HEMA and TPO-free gel shades across four product ranges. “Intensifier Base is a soft gel formula that’s ideal for adding colour and strength to natural nails; Bottled Builder is a non-porous gel suited to creating short extensions and overlays with added strength; Hard Gel is a complete structure gel for building extensions, and Acrygel can create any type of extension, including with dual forms,” the founders share.
Designed to suit beginner and advanced nail pros, PNT’s offering also includes an LED lamp, dust collector, E-file, cuticle oils, nail files and brushes. Free tutorials are pending, with the brand set to launch online courses in the near future.
LOOKING AHEAD
“We are hoping to introduce nail art items, and will always keep up-to-date with trends to make sure we are offering what nail techs want and need,” say the founders. “We would love for PNT to be a brand that everyone wants to recommend. Customer service is incredibly important to us, and we want to be known not only for our products, but the service and quality we provide.”

LA PAR
US nail brand, La Par, was created to prove that beautiful nails should never come at the expense of nail health. Founder & owner, Lisa Tran, grew up in a salon environment before working as a nail technician. “I saw firsthand how many people felt they had to compromise the integrity of their natural nails in order to achieve long-lasting or trend-led looks,” she says. After developing several allergic reactions, Lisa turned her attention to producing nail products and systems that support natural nails, and La Par was established.
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO
“La Par takes a refined approach to nailcare, prioritising long-term nail Lisa Tran health,” Lisa reveals. A variety of professional nail products are available, from Builder Gels and Nail Lacquers to glitters, Nail Art Liner Gels and Liquid Chrome – all of which are used at the brand’s flagship salon, La Par Lifestyle, in California.
STAR-STUDDED SUPPORT
A notable name that has supported La Par is businesswoman & internet personality, Kim Kardashian. From thousands of applicants across various industries, Lisa was selected to receive business and branding mentorship from Kim as part of her Masterclass series.
“As a founder, you spend so much time building quietly behind-the-scenes, so to have someone of Kim’s calibre recognise the potential of the brand felt very validating,” Lisa shares. “Since then, we’ve been strategically refining and elevating every aspect of La Par, ahead of our next major launch phase this year.”
LOOKING AHEAD
“The vision is to create a complete La Par Lifestyle ecosystem – spanning professional education, wellness-led nail services, luxury retail, global partnerships and a community of like-minded nail professionals and consumers,” Lisa explains.

EL NAIL SYSTEMS
Emma Louise Sarda qualified as a nail technician in 2003 when the industry ‘looked very different’. Her career background was in manufacturing and her husband boasted experience in regulatory affairs, so the pair founded EL Nail Systems with a simple mission: ‘to create products that nail technicians can trust, developed by people who genuinely understand the industry’.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO
EL Nail Systems offers an L&P acrylic range with 20 core powders. The brand’s gel polish portfolio features more than 200 shades, a HEMA-free and TPO-free builder gel range and the SculptX full cover tip system. EL Nail Systems also caters to nail artists with gel paints and glitters.
The builder gel range is perhaps Emma’s proudest achievement. “We’ve worked closely with our UK manufacturer to develop the formula, creating a hybrid gel that sits somewhere between a soft builder gel and hard gel,” she reveals. “It’s strong, versatile and can even be used for extensions, making it a favourite among our customers.”
Accessibility is central to the brand. “Trying EL Nail Systems doesn’t require a huge investment,” Emma is keen to point out. “We offer small pot sizes and trial kits across many of our ranges – and once pros try the products, they can see why so many nail technicians choose to invest in the brand.”
In addition to its vast product offering, EL Nail Systems has launched a YouTube channel: @elnailsystems. “The team is gradually uploading educational content and free tips for nail techs,” Emma shares. “A ‘Back to Basics’ series is also in the works, designed to help both new and experienced techs refine their skills and build confidence.”

Looking ahead “We’re always developing new ideas and products, but our next major launch is in the trialling and testing phase,” Emma teases. “It’s something we’re really excited about, and we’re taking the time to ensure it meets the high standards our customers expect.” As for the long-term? “Hopefully we’ll go global,” Emma smiles. “But if in five years’ time, there’s an EL Nail Systems product on every nail desk, I’d consider that a huge success.”
