Martini mani
Model, Hailey Bieber, matched her mani to her favourite drink: a martini, for her 28th birthday celebrations. LA-based nail tech, Zola Ganzorigt, hand-painted green olives atop an icy blue overlay for the party-ready look.
Milky mani mania
Session nail stylist, Harriet Westmoreland, and assistant, Milly Mason, tended to the fingers and toes of singer, Rita Ora. Her nails were enhanced with a milky white overlay, which tapped into the ever-popular ‘clean girl aesthetic’.
Nails in fashion
Model, Ashley Graham, also sought out the services of Milly Mason, who created a subtle pink nail look for the celeb’s attendance at the British Fashion Awards 2024. Selma Blair was another star to request a soft pink manicure for the event. Nail artist, Iram Shelton, created the sophisticated nail style using Aprés Nail products. This complemented the actress’s black, strapless, floor-length dress, which was adorned with a satin bow.
Manicurist, Thuy Nguyen, tended to the nails of actress, Joey King, who sported a teal shade for a screening of We Were the Lucky Ones, a drama show aired on HULU in which she plays the lead role.

Former member of Little Mix, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, toured as a solo artist wearing a cat eye manicure, mixing alternative French tips with full colour nails. To achieve the look, celebrity nail artist, Stephanie Staunton, used Magpie Beauty Jellie Gel in Green Jellie and Gel Colour in Cactus Jack with Cat Eye Glitter Gel hue, Feline Good.

BEHIND THE MAGIC
Essex nail tech, Shea Osei, who has been tending to the nails of actress, Cynthia Erivo, for over 15 years, took to Instagram to share some behind-the-scenes footage of her crafting Erivo’s character, Elphaba’s nails for the Wicked film. She wrote: “I created over 35 sets of press-on nails for Cynthia, and I loved every second! Paying attention to detail was key, and creating these designs really helped to tell the story of our Elphie.”
An Instagram post by nail brand, OPI, who collaborated with the movie, revealed how Elphaba’s nails changed throughout the film. The caption reads: “What starts as a simple green ombré to match her DNA, concludes with a darker black and green foiled set as a reflection of Elphaba’s magic being harnessed.”
