Photo shoot fun with OPI
Jess Watts headed to the Wella World Studio in London, where members of the OPI UK&I team hosted a photo shoot for Scratch’s September front cover. It was Jess’s first work outing since commencing her role at Scratch, and she interviewed nail pro & Scratch Stars Ultimate Natural Nail Specialist, Lucy Price, who created the cover nail style. Catching up at Cosmoprof
Helena headed to Las Vegas with Scratch’s publisher, Scott Derbyshire, to attend Cosmoprof North America. The trade exhibition attracts brands and industry personnel from across the globe, who showcase new and innovative products. Helena and Scott caught up with North America’s Star Nail Artist – Season One champion, Anastasia Totty, the teams at Gelish and Urawa, and Kimi Chang and Kayla Wang of Shanghai Muzer Cosmetics Co. Ltd, who posed with the July edition of Scratch. The issue featured an image from their Avant-Garde Global Nail Art Show on the cover.

Helena jumped on the dotty nail trend by requesting a fun design from her local nail pro, Rebecca Ellis of @beautyby__beck in Dartford, Kent. Rebecca enhanced Helena’s nails with builder gel, before adding bright pink, pastel pink, white, gold and silver polka dots at the tips.
