Hello, my fellow nail artists! While the world of fingernail fashion is fast-paced, it’s not always essential to be the first to the party. Light Elegance is making a grand and safe entrance with its latest product launch. For a while now, the industry has been mesmerised by magnetic cat eye gel polishes, and you might have been thinking, ‘ Elaine, where’s the Light Elegance version? What’s taken so long? ’.

Well, the cat is finally out of the bag! I am thrilled to introduce you to The LE Kitties, our collection of six dazzling magnetic products. These shades deliver next-level dimension, hypnotic effects and rich, shifting colour that will have your clients purring with delight.

Now, let’s talk about the question I know is on your mind. The simple reason for our fashionably late arrival is our unwavering commitment to you, the nail professional, and the clients you serve. While many magnetic gel polishes were hitting the market, our chemistry wizards were on a mission. We weren’t just looking for pigments that sparkled; we were searching Nail design by Light Elegance educator, Ashley Biasella (@badash_nails), using LE Kitties shades. for FDA and EU-approved pigments that we could formulate from scratch to meet the highest safety standards.

At Light Elegance, our philosophy has always been ‘What’s Inside Matters’. This is why we’ve famously chosen to be 100% HEMA monomer free. Ingredients like HEMA, HEA and IBOA are popular among some manufacturers because they are inexpensive and enhance adhesion. However, the small molecular size of these chemicals allows for easier absorption into the skin, which can lead to irritation and allergies if there is contact. We believe that’s a compromise you should never have to make.
