YOUR VISION FOR 2026
Hasn’t this year passed by so quickly? I wish you a month of exciting client appointments and festive fun – with plenty of sparkle. While December will be busy, I hope that you will reflect on it in the new year and think, ‘
I made the most of the month – and looked after myself.
’
Put up seasonal decorations and play festive music to keep spirits high. If you work alone, interact with your community of followers online and consider a daily ritual on your Instagram stories to entice engagement.
While your services will be in demand this month, try to maintain a good work-life balance. Schedule some time out and perhaps book yourself a pamper appointment. You deserve to feel as good as everyone else does when they take a seat at your nail desk!
I will be doing reviews in January with my community members, and you should consider reviewing your business, too. Ask yourself:
1. What is your focus for 2026? Having a specific priority for the year will make it easier to maintain momentum. My focus is revenue.
2. What are three goals you have for the year ahead? You may think that three goals doesn’t sound like much, but alongside your job, this number is most achievable.
3. What are your expectations for each quarter? Review your figures every three months to keep on track and plan a pivot if needed.
Next, break your quarterly goals down into monthly milestones and set yourself tasks to ensure you reach them. Put aside some time each month to check in on your progress and analyse what’s working – and what isn’t.
Remember to also include some personal goals for 2026. You don’t live to work, but work to live. Whatever you plan to do next year, be mindful that progress takes time. Don’t overestimate what you can do in three months, or underestimate what might be different in 12 months – or even a few years down the line. Put your best foot forward and review your goals until you achieve them.
Reach out to me on social media to update me on your progress. I have one-to-one slots available in my coaching programme and would love to support you. Here’s to a wonderful 2026 and beyond!
I attended the
Professional Beauty Autumn
trade event at ExCel London. Highlights included seeing nail pros compete in the
Nailympia London
arena, and watching S
cratch Stars Award-
winner & Glitterbels educator, Danielle Brindley, host a nail art masterclass using Glitterbels products.
