FESTIVAL FINGERNAILS
Singer, Rita Ora, sported an ombré cat eye nail design for her performance at London pop festival, Mighty Hoopla. Created by celebrity manicurist, Michelle Humphrey, the look featured a rainbow of sparkling gel polish shades, including pink, blue, green, red, gold and silver.
PRETTY LITTLE MANI
Actress, Lucy Hale, best known for TV series, Pretty Little Liars, was among the first clients at Townhouse, Beverly Hills. The Scratch Stars award-winning nail salon brand celebrated the opening of its first location outside of the UK with a party, and Lucy enjoyed a Signature Gel Manicure with BIABTM /Super Gel overlay service. She wrote on Instagram that the salon was ‘as cute as expected’ and the team members were ‘kind and amazing’.
STATUE STYLING
All eyes were on US singer, Chappell Roan, at the GovernorsBallMusicFestivalin New York, when she dressed as the Statue of Liberty, with green body paint, a green wig and green and blue jelly-effect press-on nails. Crafted by @thatpiscesnailtech, the stiletto enhancements featured abstract 3D elements.
The Lady Whistledown look
There’s been a lot of nail talk surrounding season three of Netflix show, Bridgerton, with some viewers noting that gel manicures seen on characters didn’t exist in the Regency setting. Criticisms were quickly forgotten when film and TV nail tech, Anna Platten, shared that she tended to the nails of leading lady, Nicola Coughlan, who plays Lady Whistledown, and was flooded with positive reactions. For the look, Glossify Gel Polish was applied over a builder gel base.

Bieber blossom
OPI global ambassador, Zola Ganzorigt of @nailsbyzola, created another viral nail look for pregnant model, Hayley Bieber, who opted for a cherry blossom style to match the ‘little cherry blossom in my belly’. Zola used OPI GelColor shades: Bubble Bath, Without A Pout and Alpine Snow.
Actress, Megan Fox, embraced the aura nail trend with a pink manicure, fashioned by her go-to tech, Brittney Boyce of @nails_of_la. Abstract swirl and star shapes were painted over an airbrush-effect base using a white gel hue.
CANNES CHIC
Love Island star, influencer & beauty entrepreneur, Molly-Mae Hague, attended the Cannes Film Festival in France, where her styling team included The GelBottle Inc global ambassador, Harriet Westmoreland, and her assistant, Milly Mason. The pair crafted an elongated classic French manicure and matching pedicure.
PEARLY & PINK
Canadian singer-songwriter, Jenna Andrews, received one of Britney Tokyo’s signature creative nail looks. The LA-based nail artist applied long nail enhancements and adorned them with dots of pink gel polishes from her Tokyo Spice brand, alongside 3D pearl elements and bow-shaped charms.

INSIDE OUT IRIDESCENCE
Pixar released film, Inside Out 2, last month and Ayo Edebiri, who voices character, Envy, wore a shimmering nail style for the world premiere. Nail artist to the stars, Eri Ishizu, used Aprés Gel Couleur shades, Morning Sighs, Royal Stamp and In The Navy, to create a marble effect, before applying iridescent powder and using top coat to mould 3D elements.
DISNEY DESIGN
At Disney’s FYC Fest, which showcases Disney productions to award-voting bodies, actress, Joey King, matched her nail look to her Alessandro Vigilante jumpsuit. Celeb manicurist, Thuy Nguyen, painted vertical white stripes on the celebrity’s fingernails, with pink and yellow swirls on top.
